Planned activity groups

Activities, indoor and outdoor, make each day more pleasurable.

Visit local centres to join activities which provide opportunities for support and social interaction, as well as respite for carers.

Ageless yoga exercise classes

Gentle chair-based yoga for better balance, stretching, breathing, relaxation and good company.

  • When: 10 am Tuesdays (not 1 November Melbourne Cup Day holiday)
  • Where: Tresize Centre, 37 Bowler Street, Hawthorn
  • How long: an hour - finish 11am - followed by morning tea
