Our Ageing and Disability Services team aims to help people live independently at home and in the community, by offering a range of services that promote health and wellbeing.
The Disability Services page provides information about specialist services for people with disabilities and their carers.
You may be eligible for our services if you:
- are frail aged
- have a disability
- are a carer of a person who is frail aged or who has a disability.

Visit local centres to join activities which provide opportunities for support and social interaction, as well as respite for carers.

We can help you with small repairs to make your home and surroundings safe.
Respite care
This service can give you or your carer a break from the caring role.
