Suggested rates for casual hire:
- Weekday, Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm $160 all day or $90 half day (max. 4 hours)
- Weekday, evenings Monday–Thursday from 5:30pm $110
- Weekends, Friday night/Saturday/Sunday $300
All hirers must pay a $500 bond which is refundable at the Lynden Park Management Committee's discretion. If cleaning is required then $100 will be deducted from the bond for this purpose.
All booking cancellations are subject to a $20 administration fee.
Payment is required to confirm a booking.
Note: Management reserves the right to review fees and charges, to have discretionary powers over access and to set special conditions it deems appropriate provided they fit within the aims and objectives of the Lynden Park recreational facility.
Basic terms include:
- the facility must be returned to the state in which it was found
- smoking is only permitted outside of the fence boundary
- it is the hirers responsibility to provide their own public liability insurance
- permits are required for the consumption or the selling of alcohol
- noise levels – as the centre is located in a residential neighbourhood all loud noise must cease by 11pm on Fridays, Saturdays, public holidays and 10pm on Sundays
- the facility must be vacated by 11.30pm.
