Brett De Hoedt leads this workshop on the latest social media applications. He will show how to get the most out of Facebook, Twitter, e-newsletters and blogs to maximise your organisation's online presence and keep track of your public profile and your membership. Brett will provide four weeks of online coaching to participants after the workshop.
