log into the online booking portal with

your username and password from the

available venues find the room you would

like to book and select book now select

the

date and update the number of

attendees select the time for the

booking from the available time slots or

from the start and end time clock

click add to booking on the booking

details screen click select an event and

choose meeting it's number one on the

drop-down

menu answer the event

question give your event a

name to book Another Day In Time click

on add another space to this booking

repeat the same Steps From The Available

venue

select the room you would like to book

select the date then the time for the

booking from the available time slots or

from the start and end time

clocks update the number of

attendees click add to

booking on the booking details screen

give your a vent a

name repeat the same steps to make

multiple bookings each time select add

another space to this booking to add

another date and time to your

booking to make a change to a booking

click

edit check the booking details on the

right hand side for each of the dates

you have added to your booking in this

example we've added five bookings for

different meeting rooms at camberwell

and Hawthorne Library at camberwell

we've made two bookings for different

rooms on the 8th and 9th of August at

Hawthorne Library we've made three

bookings to use room one on the same day

and time each week on Wednesday the 16th

23rd and 30th of August when you're

ready you will need to read and tick to

acknowledge the booking terms and

conditions then click make payment to

progress to the payment and booking

confirmation
