Ashburton meeting room
- Seating: 70 people
- Furniture/equipment: 3 display boards, 8 large tables, 5 small tables, 80 chairs, whiteboard (no markers, lectern
- Kitchen: refrigerator, urn, microwave, some crockery, some cutlery, no glasses
- Audiovisual equipment: overhead projector, screen, television, video player, DVD player, data projector, microphone, hearing loop facilities available with microphone
- Wireless internet (library membership required)

- Seating: 50 people
- Furniture/equipment: 4 tables, 50 chairs, whiteboard (no markers), 3 display boards, lectern
- Kitchen: microwave, refrigerator, wall mounted urn, some crockery, some cutlery, NO glasses
- Audiovisual equipment: overhead projector, screen, television, video player, DVD and CD player, data projector, microphone
- Wireless internet (library membership required)

Hawthorn meeting room
Due to renovations the meeting room has temporarily moved to:
Hawthorn Town Hall
Hawthorn Offices, 360 Burwood Road, Hawthorn
(on east side of Hawthorn Town Hall - entry off plaza area)
Some new conditions to be aware of are:
- Seating: 35 people
- Furniture/equipment: 3 tables, 3 trestle tables, 35 chairs, whiteboard (no markers), lectern (on request)
- Kitchenette: urn, some crockery, some cutlery, NO glasses
- Audiovisual equipment: television and DVD player
