We hold a wide range of collections - local history, community information, magazines, maps, newspapers and more.
There is a wide range of services and information available in the five libraries within Boroondara, including:
- books - an extensive range of adult and children's books
- DVDs - non-commercial DVDs for adults and children
- large print books
- magazines on most popular subjects
- maps - local and metropolitan maps extending Australia-wide, including the outback and waterways
- sound recordings - popular and classical music, children's music and stories, talking books and instructional material
- online resources such as newspapers, language learning, health and legal information, tutoring and more.

All our libraries have family and local history collections.
Newspapers
Current newspapers and magazines on most popular subjects are held at all branches. There are also many titles available through eresources.

Books, DVDs, music and magazines are available in Chinese, French, German, Greek, Indonesian, Italian and Korean.
