To celebrate and share the many wonderful attractions we have in our backyard, we have launched an interactive website called It's Your Place.

It's Your Place is an authentic community forum for you to blog about your favourite local thing to do, whether it's having a coffee or meal at your regular cafe or restaurant, riding or walking on your favourite path, swimming laps at a leisure centre, a film you've seen at a local cinema or a fascinating book you've borrowed.
The website will become a hub for stories on how you are interacting with people or places in your local area, and let your experiences encourage more locals to get out and about in our City and get involved in blogging on the site. It also gives local traders the opportunity to contribute blogs about their business.
