The YMCA brings you Ed, a qualified fitness instructor to teach you basic strength, fitness and balance. The class is suitable for all older adults and will be a friendly and safe environment.
This class is being held in conjunction with Men's Health Week. Both men and women are encouraged to attend.
What to wear and what to bring
Wear comfortable exercise clothes. It’s not a high-energy workout and doesn’t involve any stretching or pushing of physical limitations. Closed-toe shoes are advisable.
Please remember to bring a water bottle.
